I have a theory that sometimes the right information turns up at the right time - and your post today proves it - I've had a blurry vision in my mind of something I want to create, and this morning, you've shown me how to do it! Thank you.
And me too - weaving on cloth - has to be good. The texture is lovely. I must try it. Perhaps I could darn into my own weaving - now there's a thought!
My two favourite embroidery techniques are needleweaving and darning. Beautiful work!
