Experimenting with cyanotypes in Hirst wood. The top images show a silk piece produced by spraying the fabric in situ. I will add photos of the finished prints later.
Shadows on the remaining stones from an old mill at the edge of the wood; and a cyanotype from fallen oak leaves onto silk habotai.
I also managed to do some fabric bundles using beech and oak leaves and experimented with making a circle in the leaf litter. It looked more impressive in reality and was quite fun to do, scraping the leaves up with my feet.
It is always interesting to see your process and connection with nature.
